Sean Bostic-Sealy brings a distinguished academic background and proven track record of success to his personal injury practice, where he has secured over $3 million in settlements for his clients. A New Haven, Connecticut native, Sean exhibited excellence in both academics and athletics at Notre Dame High School before attending Pace University. There, he continued to demonstrate his ability to balance demanding commitments, excelling academically while playing linebacker for the university’s football team. During his undergraduate years, Sean gained valuable legal experience through positions at both the Westchester District Attorney’s Office and the Legal Aid Society in New York City. He graduated with honors, earning a degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Political Science.
At Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Sean emerged as a natural leader, serving as parliamentarian of the Student Bar Association and president of the Black Law Students Association (BLSA). Under his leadership, the Barbara C. Jordan Chapter of BLSA was recognized as National Chapter of the Year for its outstanding service to both the law school and Houston communities. Sean further developed his courtroom skills through participation in the Criminal Law Clinic, where he represented indigent clients under the supervision of the now retired esteemed Judge Michael R. Fields. He also honed his advocacy skills as an active member of the mock trial team. Also, while attending law school, Mr. Bostic-Sealy interned at NASA and the Harris county attorney’s Office.
After law school, Sean developed extensive experience in civil litigation defense and personal injury law across multiple firms, mastering the intricacies of negotiation and litigation strategy. Today, he focuses his practice on representing individuals and families affected by:
